I became obsessed with employee retention before it was even a thing. 

Over a decade ago, I began asking myself why retaining employees was so difficult. This question resulted in me overhauling my entire onboarding, training and evaluation procedures. 

The overhaul resulted in me never having to hire in desperation or settle for the lowest hanging fruit. I had little to no turnover and happier employees who became the companies greatest referral network. 

Asking myself this question while remaining dedicated to finding the answer paid off in countless ways.
